Celebrating Aashadhi Ekadashi at Nibban Public School

Recently, the school commemorated Aashadhi Ekadashi with a vibrant and spiritually enriching event. This auspicious day, dedicated to Lord Vitthal, holds immense significance in Maharashtra, and the celebration was a perfect blend of devotion, tradition, and joy.
The festivities began with a beautifully adorned prayer hall where the children, dressed in traditional attire, gathered for a special puja led by Principal Mrs. Preeti Atul. The young students, aged between 3-5 years, participated with great enthusiasm, singing bhajans and offering prayers. Director Mrs. Anula Hazare shared stories about the importance of Aashadhi Ekadashi, highlighting the values of devotion, faith, and community spirit. The event also featured a vibrant Dindi procession around the school premises, with children carrying small palkhis and singing devotional songs. The celebration concluded with a distribution of prasad, leaving everyone with a sense of fulfillment and joy. The event not only provided a platform for the young ones to connect with their cultural roots but also fostered a sense of unity and shared spiritual experience.
